Refund policy
Because every Pax & Ora order is printed on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for preference, change of mind, or unused product.
Damaged or Defective Orders If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we will make it right — no hassle, no questions asked. Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us within 7 days of delivery at paxandora@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement promptly.
What We Cannot Accept We cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Orders returned without prior approval
- Items damaged after delivery
- Orders where the wrong address was provided at checkout
Refunds Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at pray@paxandora.com.
European Union Orders If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Item must be in original condition and packaging with proof of purchase.
