Pax & Ora — Shipping Policy
Processing Time Most orders are produced and fulfilled by professional print-on-demand partners. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships. Some orders may be fulfilled and shipped directly by Pax & Ora or through other trusted fulfillment partners, depending on the product and availability.
Shipping Times Shipping times vary by fulfillment method and destination. Estimated delivery windows after production:
- United States: 3–7 business days (standard)
- International: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout where offered.
Tracking You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking updates depend on the carrier and fulfillment partner and may take up to 24 hours to reflect movement after the label is created.
Multiple Shipments If your order includes products fulfilled by different partners, you may receive multiple shipments with separate tracking numbers. This is normal and does not indicate a problem with your order.
Shipping Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or events outside our control. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees assessed by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are outside our control.
Lost or Undelivered Orders If your order shows as delivered but has not arrived, please allow 2 additional business days before contacting us. If your order is lost in transit, contact us at pray@paxandora.com and we will work with you to resolve it.
